Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SellerLaunchDeck website and platform (the "Service"), operated by MqoreLogic ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

SellerLaunchDeck provides digital e-commerce launch tools, including platform-specific DayZero Kits, AI Co-Pilot subscription features, and Supplier Scripts Packs. The Service consists of digital products and online tools designed to help sellers launch e-commerce stores on platforms such as Etsy, Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, eBay, TikTok Shop, WooCommerce, and Google Shopping.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

3. Products and Pricing

We offer the following digital products:

• DayZero Kit — $57.00 one-time per platform, granting lifetime access to the selected platform's kit tools.
• DayZero AI Co-Pilot — $19.97 per month, providing automated AI tools including product chooser, listing optimizer, tariff lock, reorder bot, and market pulse.
• Supplier Scripts Pack — $27.00 one-time, providing downloadable supplier negotiation email templates.

All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Changes will not affect previously purchased one-time products or active subscriptions at their current rate.

4. Payment and Billing

Payments are processed through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. We do not store your credit card information. By making a purchase, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method for the full amount of the purchase, including any applicable taxes.

For the AI Co-Pilot subscription, your payment method will be charged $19.97 on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel. You may cancel at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. License Keys

Upon purchase of a DayZero Kit, you will receive a unique license key. License keys are non-transferable and may only be used by the original purchaser. Sharing, reselling, or distributing license keys is strictly prohibited and will result in termination of access without refund.

6. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy, available at /refunds. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to the Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content provided through the Service, including tools, calculators, checklists, scripts, templates, text, graphics, and software, is the property of MqoreLogic and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Watermarked exports generated through the Service are licensed for your personal business use only and may not be resold or redistributed.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other accounts, or computer systems or networks connected to the Service.
• Use automated systems, including bots and scrapers, to access or collect data from the Service.
• Share your account credentials or license keys with others.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute any content from the Service without written permission.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not guarantee any specific financial results, sales outcomes, or business success from using the Service. E-commerce results depend on many factors beyond our control, including your effort, market conditions, and product selection.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MqoreLogic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MqoreLogic and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, all licenses and access rights granted to you will cease immediately. Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification will survive termination.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Osceola County, Florida.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by posting a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
