FBA fees include fulfillment (pick, pack, ship) + monthly storage. Size tier (standard vs oversize) and weight determine your per-unit cost. Always check the FBA Revenue Calculator before listing.
ACOS (Advertising Cost of Sale) = ad spend ÷ ad revenue. 25% is a healthy test target; 45% is common in competitive niches. Above your profit margin, you are losing money on every ad-driven sale.
HTS codes determine your duty rate. A wrong code means overpaying or customs holds. Use the CBP tool or ask your freight forwarder. Many products qualify for 0-5% with the right classification.
Reorder when inventory = (daily sales × lead time) + safety stock. Understock = lost rank. Overstock = storage fees + stranded cash. Track sell-through weekly and adjust.
